Individual Therapy

Individual music therapy sessions are focused on specific treatment goals that are identified during the intake and assessment process. This individualized approach uses music to support multidimensial client needs within psychosocial, emotional, physical, cognitive, and speech-language goal areas. Using evidence-based practice, interventions are designed to target these domains including singing, drumming, improvisation, and songwriting. Recommendations for appropriate session length for each individual can be made during in-take or assessment.

Group Therapy

Group music therapy focuses on building community and music enrichment through shared musical experiences, such as singing, songwriting, instrument playing, improvisation, and movement to music.

Groups are custom-designed to meet the needs of your community and therefore are flexible on the number of participants, frequency, and session length.

For more information and an estimated group rate, please get in touch with specifics about your group so we can develop your dream program!

Music Classes

Music classes create opportunities for all persons at any stage of life to foster creative self-expression and enhance learning with music as the guide. Activities may include playing a variety of percussion instruments, singing favorite songs, songwriting,  or learning how to play a new instrument (guitar, piano, ukulele, and vocals).

Music enrichment classes can provide unique learning opportunities, chances to deepen one's connection with music, and improve quality of life. Music classes can be offered in individual or group settings.

Legacy Project Specialist

Special Events

When a loved one is nearing the end of their life, there are beautiful opportunities to be present with one another while sharing memorable stories, singing favorite songs, and expressing admiration for one another.

Through my extensive work in hospice and palliative care, I have seen the impact of creating legacy projects at the bedside that become cherished gifts after their passing. These projects can be uniquely personalized, including but not limited to hand mold casting, heartbeat recordings, high-quality audio/video recordings (stories, songs, messages), handprint artwork, and songwriting.

Same-day delivery if death is imminent.

Rates start at $50/hour, plus additional costs to cover materials, if needed.
